Will you be taking unvaccinated clients?
We will be following all NSW Health and Government guidelines to operate as a COVID-safe salon. It is your responsibility to make a informed decision around making a appointment based on the latest information provided by NSW Health and Government guidelines. Are your salon phone line and online booking system open for us to call and book freely?
Online bookings for all beauty services have been turned back on and only limited bookings are available for hair appointments.
We are still only in the salon select days and times until the 19th of Oct and all our appointment scheduling is being done the old school way for now as we move toward a more automated approach for bookings and consultations. We will contact you if you have sent an online inquiry or have joined our online waitlist shall anything become available for you.
Will my pre paid deposits be lost?
Your deposit will remain on your account as a credit and can be used towards payment for your next service. If you would prefer a refund, please let us know.
When will you be opening online bookings?
Online bookings are live for all beauty services and only limited bookings are available online for hair appointments. Keep an eye out on our socials by turning on post notifications for any last minute cancellations. Or join our online waitlist located on our home page.
I already booked my appointments for the rest of the year, do these appointments still stand?
Yes, all pre existing appointments will still be honoured. We ask that you be mindful that during a pandemic things may change and you may be asked to change/ alter your bookings at any time.
